Singapore floor plans: HDB BTO and condo layouts
Layouts collected from HDB sales brochures and developer material, with the size each plan states and a label saying what it is based on. They are indicative only and have not been verified against approved plans.
Floor plan questions
How to read these plans, and what they do not tell you.
Where do these floor plans come from?
From HDB sales brochures and from developer marketing material. Each plan shows what it is based on, and a link to the source document only where a public link is held. Some layouts are generic types rather than the plan of a specific block, and they are marked as illustrative. PropAce has not verified any of them against the approved plans.
Can I tell from a plan which walls can be hacked?
No. A marketing or brochure plan does not reliably show which walls are structural, and line weight on an image is not evidence. Before removing or changing any wall, get advice from a qualified professional and obtain the approvals required for your home from HDB or BCA as applicable.
Can I rely on the dimensions shown?
Treat them as a guide. The stated area is what the brochure or developer material gave; check your Option to Purchase and the developer's or HDB's own plans. The strata area on your title includes items such as air-conditioner ledges, balconies and private enclosed spaces, which the plan may or may not show separately.
What if my development is not here?
PropAce holds plans for only some developments. If yours is missing, ask a consultant whether a plan is available from the developer or HDB. We cannot promise one.
